Re-Announcement for Procurement of Printers (Local supplier)

  1. Context:

The Lao Microfinance Association (LMFA) is promoting financial inclusion for low-income populations through consolidation and professionalization of the Lao’s inclusive finance sector. It works under the Bank of the Lao PDR (BOL), Financial Institutions Supervision Department (FISD).

ADA, a Luxembourg-based microfinance NGO, in partnership with LMFA has been mandated by LuxDev to manage the implementation of village credit schemes (VCS) in three provinces (Bokeo, Vientiane and Bolikhamxay). To establish the organizational and technical conditions to ensure their adequate management and sustainability the registration of the Network Support Organization (NSO) of the VCS as a Savings and Credit Union (SCU) with the Bank of Lao PDR has already been done at Bolikhamxay province.

Part of the projects focus is to leverage the use of digital technology to address the issue of costs and efficiency, thus in this regard the LMFA is seeking to procure from qualified office equipment suppliers that can meet the following requirements:

  • Terms of payment: Within two weeks after delivery to LMFA

  • Late submission will be rejected
  • Quotation shall be valid at least 30 days after the submission date
  • The price for all items shall be quoted in US Dollars $
